OG Gilmore Girl - About Us

Hello, 

I’ve been a “fashionista” since childhood and I have my momma to thank for that! She was a hard-working single parent but always managed to keep me dressed in the latest styles. It helped that she worked in the children’s department of a major retailer. When new inventory arrived, she would always pull a few outfits for me. She eventually became the store’s assistant manager but always made time on Tuesdays to view the new arrivals in the children’s dept. My momma was so beautiful and had great style. As I got older I would borrow her clothes and shoes. We loved to go shopping on Saturdays at the local bargain clothing and shoe stores. I love fashion - all styles. 

Long before the internet, having a boutique was only something I dreamed about because having a storefront seemed out of reach. Maybe a storefront will be in my future someday but for now having an online boutique is perfect. 

I wish my mom was here to see me living out this fashion fantasy. Her incredible flare for style would be greatly appreciated in choosing trendy inventory and her amusing sense of humor would be welcomed in composing jingles and rhymes for advertising. Maybe somehow, someway she knows. I like to think she does and is smiling proudly down at me from Heaven. I love you, Momma, you are my inspiration!🐞🌻
