Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Initial Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all initial shipping charges for their order. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Exception: If a ‘Free Shipping’ promotion is active at the time of purchase, the initial shipping cost will be waived as per the promotion’s terms.

Return Shipping:

For any returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exception: OG Gilmore Girl will cover the return shipping costs only if the item is damaged or defective, or if a specific ‘Free Returns’ or ‘Free Shipping on Returns’ promotion is indicated. A photo of the issue is required before a return shipping label will be provided through the customer’s email.
